Craig Burgess trading as Balsall Buzz provides business and marketing consultancy Services, digital marketing and copywriting Services for independent businesses.

Certain shipment data will be provided to the authorities of the country of transit or destination for customs and tax clearance or for security screening, as required by the laws of such country. The information provided would usually include: shipper name and address, receiver name and address, description of the goods, number of pieces, weight and value of shipment.

In such instances where we require one of our Suppliers to hold Personal Information about Contacts, Customers or Members we conduct Due Diligence to ensure they are GDPR Compliant.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, processed and/or stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).  By submitting your personal data, you agree to this.  In all such instances, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy, including that any such Supplier has demonstrated Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), established by European Law.

How We Use Cookies
